1. What Information We Collect

To provide accurate astrological and tarot insights, we collect personal information directly from you when you book a service. This includes:

• Identity Data: Your full name, email address, and account login credentials.
• Astrological Data: Your exact birth date, exact birth time, and birth city/location.
• Payment Data: Financial information (credit card details, billing address) processed securely and directly by Stripe. We do not store your raw payment details on our servers.
• Session Data: Intimate contextual details you share during live Google Meet calls, or information submitted via intake forms for your PDF and video readings.
• Third-Party Data: If you provide birth data, names, or personal details of any individual other than yourself (such as a partner, family member, or associate), you warrant and confirm that you have obtained their explicit consent to share their data with us for the purpose of this reading.

2. How We Use Your Sensitive Information

Your personal and astrological data is used strictly to calculate your natal charts, interpret tarot spreads, and deliver your customized reports. We enforce a strict confidentiality policy. Your personal life circumstances, questions, and reading outcomes are treated as sacred and private. We will never sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data, birth metrics, or reading history with any third-party marketers or external companies.

3. Audio/Video Recording and Media Storage

Live Google Meet sessions will not be recorded unless explicit, written consent is granted by you prior to the call.

Pre-recorded video readings and generated PDF reports are hosted securely on our private cloud storage (Amazon S3), not on any public video platform. Access is granted only through a unique, time-limited download link generated specifically for your account, which expires automatically after a short window. These files are never publicly listed, searchable, or accessible without that link, and are retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the service or until you request their deletion.

4. Your Data Rights & Deletion

You retain full ownership over your data. At any time, you may request to view, edit, or permanently delete your account, birth data, and past reading history from our active databases by contacting us at csweeney@fortuna-tarot.com. Please note that certain transactional data must legally be retained for financial audit and tax tracking purposes via Stripe.
